Josh Walker - General Manager

Manzo’s original Chef, now he spends his time ‘supervising’ from the end of the bar. With vast experience in hospitality and catering in the UK and USA, Josh is as comfortable flipping steaks as he is schmoozing guests at the table.

His favourite drink is Single Malt Whiskey, or many, many Baby Guinnesses.

Beverley Walker - Floor Manager

Manzo wouldn’t be Manzo without Bev. She is the friendly, warm welcome every guest receives, she maintains our high standards of staff training, and she isn’t opposed to pulling up a chair and having a glass of wine with chosen lucky guests.

Her favourite drink is our Tempranillo - The Guv’nor.

Brogan Walker - Head Chef

She started as Bar Manager, with no experience behind a bar, and made that position her b**ch. Then turned her hand to General Manager, keeping Josh and the other Chefs in line. Now she’s found yet another calling, she has gone from strength to strength in the kitchen and gives Josh a run for his money!

Her favourite drink is Vodka, or Irn Bru (she is Scottish after all).

Aimee March - Bar Manager

Aimee joined Manzo right at the beginning with Josh. Hired as a server, she quickly rose the ranks to floor supervisor, then bar supervisor and now Bar Manager. Aimee’s Cocktails are becoming legendary, especially the Blueberry Jam Sour!

She is currently away at Camp America and we miss her very much! Hurry home!

Her favourite drink is a Vodka, Lime and Soda (because her body is a temple)

Sophie Davies - Jr Sous Chef

Sophie joined us with little experience other than her year at catering college. However you wouldn’t be blamed for thinking she’s been doing this for years. Employed as a trainee chef, within just six months she was promoted twice for her hard work and is now a Jr Sour Chef.

Her favourite drink is coke because she is only 17
